Return & Refund Policy

Since Skoro Media provides digital services and applications, our refund policy is as follows:

  • One-time purchases (such as templates or premium features) are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed.

  • In case of technical issues (such as double charges or failed activations), users may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting support with proof of transaction.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
